Daňový systém se zaměřením na daň z nemovitých věcí z pohledu obce

Tax system with a focus on real estate tax from trh perpective of the municipality
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá daní z nemovitých věcí zejména z pohledu obcí a dopadu jejího výběru na rozpočet vybraných obcí. Popisuje postavení daně z nemovitých věcí v daňové soustavě České republiky a její zařazení mezi místní daně. Analyzuje současnou právní úpravu příjmů obcí a vyhodnocuje možné změny daně z nemovitých věcí, které mohou vést ke zvýšení příjmů rozpočtu obce.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with real estate taxes, especially from the point of view of municipalities and the impact of its collection on the budget of selected municipalities. It describes the position of real estate tax in the tax system of the Czech Republic and its classification among local taxes.
