Bakalářská práce "Utváření motivace pomáhajících pracovníků na základě analýzy vnímání pomáhající role" se zabývá analýzou role pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. Zaměřuje se na to, jak tito pracovníci vnímají svojí roli pomáhajícího a jak si myslí, že je jejich role vnímána okolím, konkrétně jejich klienty, kolegy a jejich vedením.
