The possibility of support in social integration of families with children and youth at risk of social exclusion

Abstract:

Teoretická východiska diplomové práce jsou orientována na problematiku sociálního vyloučení, identifikaci skupin ohrožených sociálním vyloučením, existenci tzv. sociálně vyloučených lokalit a jejich specifik se zaměřením na lokality ve městě Chebu a rovněž na charakteristiku nástrojů sociální integrace sociálně vyloučených nebo sociálním vyloučením ohrožených osob. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké strategie či opatření pomáhají v oblasti sociální integrace sociálně vyloučených nebo sociálním vyloučením ohrožených osob a rodin ve městě Chebu ze sociálního a pedagogického hlediska. Výzkumné šetření je zaměřeno na analýzu míry akceptace jednotlivých opatření směřujících k podpoře sociálního začleňování obyvatel sociálně vyloučených lokalit do společnosti. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří rodiny s dětmi a mládeží ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit v Chebu. Součástí závěru jsou doporučení pro eventuální zvýšení míry akceptace nástrojů sociální integrace užívaných představiteli měst.

Abstract:

The theoretical basis of the thesis is focused on issues of social exclusion, identification of groups at risk of social exclusion, the existence of so-called socially excluded localities and their specifics, focusing on locations in Cheb, and also the characteristics of social integration of socially excluded people or people at risk of social exclusion. The aim of this thesis is to find out what strategies or measures help in the field of the social integration of individuals or families who are socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion in the town of Cheb from the social and educational points of view. The survey focuses on the analysis of the degree of acceptance of various measures aimed at promoting social inclusion of people from socially excluded localities into society. The research sample consists of families with children and young people from socially excluded localities in Cheb. The conclusion includes recommendations for the eventual increase in the acceptance of the instruments of social integration applied by officials of the cities.
