Cílem této práce je stanovit hodnotitelné parametry z umělé plicní ventilace pro sledování efektu respirační terapie u kriticky nemocného pacienta. The goal of this thesis is to determine evaluable parameters of mechanical ventilation for further monitoring of respiratory therapy effect on critically ill patient. Furthermore, to summarize recent knowledge about respiratory therapy and to retrieve corresponding parameters, based upon review of available articles and resources.
