Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním vývoje mezd ve vybraném podniku ve vybraném časovém období. Porovnává výši mezd u vybraných zaměstnanců v jednotlivých profesích společnosti Euromedia Group a.s. a to v daném období od března 2016 do prosince 2019 a názorně dokazuje rozdílnost výše mezd v jednotlivých pracovních zařazeních. The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of wage growth in the selected company during a specific period of time. It compares the wages of selected employees in specific professions employed by Euromedia Group a.s. in the period between March 2016 and December 2019.
