Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi Street artem, Graffiti a masovými médii. Hledá příčinné souvislosti, které vedou k popularizaci těchto uměleckých forem sebevyjádření v offline i online světě a chce určit o jaká média se jedná. Na názorném příkladu nejznámějšího graffiti a street art umělce Banksym, chce demonstrovat tyto vzájemné vztahy a poukázat na dopady, které toto propojení má na umělce, jeho tvorbu a společnost. Také bude zjišťovat, zdali je jeho práce médii správně interpretována a uživateli pochopena. K tomu bude nutné porozumět výše zmíněným uměleckým směrům, jejich historii, podstatě a účelu a v rámci tohoto hledat souvislosti a počáteční "vztah" s masovými médii a jejich podstatu a účel. Téma je velmi obsáhlé a bylo zapotřebí hledat odpovědi v rozmanitých zdrojích. Metody vedoucí k objasnění problému, které jsou v práci použity jsou explorativní a sociální výzkum zpracovaný jako případová studie, doplněný o kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the relations between Street art, Graffiti and mass media. Looking for causal connections that lead to the popularization of these artistic forms of self-expression in the offline and online world and wants to determine which media are involved. Using the illustrative example of the most famous graffiti and street art artist Banksy, he wants to demonstrate these mutual relationships and show the effects that this connection has on the artist, his work and society. He will also check whether his work is correctly interpreted by the media and understood by users. To do this, it will be necessary to understand the above-mentioned artistic trends, their history, essence and purpose, and within this to look for connections and the initial "relationship" with mass media and their purpose. The topic is very comprehensive and it was necessary to look for answers in various sources. The methods leading to the clarification of the problem that are used in the work are exploratory and social processed as a case study, supplemented by quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey.
