Abstract:

Anotace Autorka: Kristýna Pešáková Název práce: Ženské spolky jako cesta k ženskému vzdělávání Bakalářská diplomová práce z oboru Sociální pedagogika a poradenství Práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání žen v rámci ženských spolků a organizací. Ženské spolky totiž na našem území přispěly nemalou mírou k tomu, že se dnes ženy vzdělávají a můžeme je vidět i v netradičních povoláních. Díky vzdělávání v ženských spolcích v minulosti se podařilo překonat některé stereotypy, které se o ženách šířily. Také díky tomu mají dnes ženy možnosti, které dříve neměly. Ženské spolky, které hojně vznikaly již od 19. století, tedy v době, kdy se u nás začalo rodit i ženské hnutí, totiž formou vzdělávání napomohly emancipaci žen a v rámci počínajícího ženského hnutí sehrály významnou roli. Autorka se v práci zamýšlí nad následujícími otázkami: Existují ještě dnes čistě ženské organizace? Je ještě dnes jejich úkolem vzdělávání žen? A pokud ano, v čem tyto organizace ženy vzdělávají? V práci jsou zmíněny tři významné ženské spolky 2. poloviny 19. století (Americký klub dam, Ženský výrobní spolek český a Spolek pro ženské studium Minerva) a tři významné ženské spolky 1. poloviny 20. století (Ženský klub český, Ženská národní rada a Výbor pro volební právo žen), které měly výrazný vzdělávací charakter. Devatenácté a 1. polovina 20. století je porovnáváno se současnou dobou a situací v oblasti ženských organizací u nás. Jako příklad jsou popsány vzdělávací aktivity tří současných ženských organizací (NESEHNUTÍ, Gender Studies a La Strady). Autorka vychází z myšlenky, že právě spolky byly významným prvkem, který myšlenku emancipace žen, a tím i cestu k rovným příležitostem pro muže a ženy prosazoval.

Annotation Author: Kristýna Pešáková Thesis name: Womens groups as a way to womens education Bachelors Thesis from the Branch of Social Pedagogy and Counseling The thesis is concentrated towards womens education within womens groups and organizations. Womens groups in our region contributed significantly to the fact that today, women can educate themselves and we can see them even in non-traditional jobs. Thanks to the education in womens clubs in the past, it was possible to overcome some of the stereotypes, which were spread about women. That is one of the reasons why women today have possibilities that they did not have before. Womens groups, which were abundantly established already in the 19th century, i.e. in the time when womens movement helped through education to the womens emancipation and within the starting womens movement they were very important.. The author is in her thesis pausing on the following questions: Are there any solely womens organizations? Is today still their task to educate women? If yes, in which field do they educate the women? In the thesis, there are mentioned three important womens groups of the 2nd half of the 19th century (American Club of Ladies, Womens Manufacturing Czech Society and Society for Womens Studies Minerva) and tree important womens societies of the 1st half of the 20th century (Czech Womens Club, Womens National Council and a Committee for Woman Suffrage), which had a significant educational character. The 19th and the 1st half of the 20th century are compared with the current era and the situation in the field of womens organizations in the Czech Republic. There were, for example, described educational activities of the tree contemporary womens organizations (NESEHNUTÍ, Gender Studies a La Strada). The author comes out of the thought that especially womens groups were an important element, which had pursued the thought of womens emancipation and thereby even a way to equal possibilities for men as well for women.
