Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve vybraném podniku, kterým je společnost KUBOUŠEK s.r.o. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů marketing a řízení vztahů se zákazníky. V aplikační části představuje vybranou společnost a analyzuje současný stav CRM systému.
