Bakalářská práce řeší přínosy managementu znalostí pro organizace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku managementu znalostí, zdůvodnění jeho nezbytnosti v dnešních organizacích a možné přínosy z jeho užívání pro organizace.
