Abstract:

ANOTACE Název práce: Životní styl sociálních pracovníků ve vztahu k jejich pomáhající profesi Počet slov základního textu:22251 (od úvodu do závěru) Klíčová slova: vnímání, profese sociálního pracovníka, sociální práce s tělesně postiženými, stres, supervize, volný čas, volnočasové aktivity Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice, jak pomáhající profese sociálního pracovníka ovlivňuje jeho životní styl. Práce je kompilátem teoretických poznatků z dostupné současné literatury. Součástí práce je empirický výzkum, kde jsou srovnány teoretické poznatky s praxí. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na roli a význam sociálního pracovníka ve společnosti. V této diplomové práci je sociální práce vyprofilovaná na sociální práci s tělesně postiženými. Dále se zde rozebírá problematika stresu a jeho možnosti předcházení, jakožto hlavní faktor ovlivňující jeho životní styl a jeho možnosti zvládání pomocí volného času a volnočasových aktivit. Metodická část obsahuje výběr výzkumné metody, zkoumaný vzorek a popis realizace výzkumu. Pomocí výzkumné části práce je hledána odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jakým způsobem vnímají sociální pracovníci roli svých volnočasových aktivit ve vztahu k předcházení stresu z práce? Závěrem celé práce je zhodnocení teorie s praxí a nalezení odpovědí na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Celá práce může být předmětem dalšího zkoumání.

ANNOTATION Title of the thesis: Life style of social workers in relation with their helping profession Number of words of the basic text: 22251(from the introduction to the conclusion) Key words: perception, social worker profession, social work with physically disabled people, stress, supervision, leisure time, leisure time activities The Master thesis deals with the issues of how the helpful profession of a social worker influences their life style. The thesis is a compilation of theoretical findings from currently available literature. An integral part of the thesis is an empiric research, in which the theoretical findings are compared with the practice. The theoretical part focuses on the role of a social worker in society. In this Master thesis social work is based on social work with physically disabled people. Furthermore, the issue of stress is analysed, and the possibilities for its prevention. Stress is seen as the main factor influencing a social worker’s life style and the possibility to cope with it with the help of leisure time and leisure time activities. The methodical part contains the selection of the research method, the researched sample and the description of the execution of the research. The research part of the thesis is trying to seek the answer to the main question of the research: How do social workers perceive the role of their leisure time activities in relation to the prevention of stress from work? The conclusion of the whole thesis is the assessment of the theory with practice and finding the answers to the main question of the research. The whole thesis can serve as a subject for further research.
