Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procesu transformace sociálních služeb. Práce pojednává o vývoji transformace sociálních služeb, o hlavních východiskách, fázích procesu transformace a o podpůrných nástrojích Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a rizicích transformace.
