The analysis of selected company personnel activities with regard to the extent of support for a desired corporate culture content

Abstract:

Cílem předkládané diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu vybraných personálních činností ve zvoleném podniku, posoudit míru jejich souladu se strategicky žádoucím obsahem podnikové kultury, formulovat silné a slabé stránky daných personálních činností se zřetelem k míře jejich podpory žádoucí kultury daného podniku a navrhnout potřebné změny. V teoretické části je definována podniková kultura, její prvky, struktura a typologie, z níž se v práci vychází. Dále je pojednáno o utváření podnikové kultury, vybraných personálních činnostech a jejich souvislosti s podnikovou kulturou. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, jež byl proveden v podniku AGROTEC a.s. V závěru práce jsou na základě identifikovaných slabých stránek navržena doporučení na zlepšení.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse selected personnel activities in a certain company and assess the degree of their compliance with the strategically desirable content of corporate culture, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the personnel activities with regard to the degree of their support for the desirable corporate culture and propose required changes. The theoretical part deals with definition of the corporate culture, its elements, structure and typology used in the thesis. It describes the formation of corporate culture and selected personnel activities and their relationship with corporate culture. The practical part presents the results of research that was conducted in the company AGROTEC a.s. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for improvement are proposed based on the identified weaknesses.
