Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o podstatě public relations jako takové, podrobněji se hlavně věnuje konkrétním technikám PR. Dále se mimo jiné zabývá postupy zejména při komunikaci se sdělovacími prostředky a širokou veřejností. Často se zde vyskytují pojmy komunikace s médii, PR na internetu, publicita v médiích, veřejné mínění, vztahy s veřejností, tiskové konference, tiskové zprávy, atd. Cílem diplomové práce je dopodrobna prozkoumat problematiku public relations, objasnit rozdíly mezi public relations a reklamou, atd. V teoretické části se v diplomové práce zabývám hlavními činnostmi public relations, vztahy s tiskem, publicitou výrobku, a konečně cíli public relations. V druhé části diplomové práce – v praktické části, jsou uvedeny praktické příklady s použitím vybraných technik public relations – a to na konkrétní firmě ČEROZFRUCHT s.r.o.

Abstract:

This thesis is dealing with basic rules of Public Relations. In more details, it is focusing to specific techniques of Public Relations. Furthermore, this is dealing with procedures in communication with Medias and general publics. Very often, notions of communication are mentioned in Medias, PR articles on the Internet, public opinions, press conferences, press releases or general in public relations, etc. The aim of thesis is researching in detail of problematic points of public relations and advertisements, defining a difference among public relations and advertisements, etc. In the theoretical part of thesis, it is engaged in main activities of press and public relations, products publicity, and finally, it is aimed to public relations. In the second part of thesis - in the practical part, there are mentioned practical examples by using specific techniques of public relations - on the company ČEROZFRUCHT s.r.o
