Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením hodnoty vybraného podniku. Výnosovými metodami je stanovena jeho hodnota k 31. 12. 2013. Ocenění bylo provedeno za účelem jeho prodeje. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje základní přístupy a metody oceňování podniku. This diploma work centres on business valuation of a selected Company. Using method of checking the output, the value was set to 31. 12. 2013. This valuation was done in order to its sell. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes the basic principes and methodes of company valuation.
