Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala tématem moderních metod náboru zaměstnanců v sektoru služeb. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda existují rozdíly mezi využíváním moderních metod náboru u generací X, Y a Z. Dílčím cílem práce bylo určit druhy moderních metod náboru vhodných pro jednotlivé generace v sektoru vybraných služeb. Výzkum byl prováděn kvantitativní a kvalitativní formou. Kvantitativní výzkum byl prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření. Kvalitativní výzkum byl prováděn formou rozhovorů se třemi různými personalisty z oblasti bankovnictví, zdravotnictví a technických služeb. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že generace mají vliv na využití moderních metod náboru a personalisté by tak měli umět přizpůsobovat nábor podle generace, kterou hledají. Zároveň byly zjištěny vhodné metody pro jednotlivé generace. U generace X se jednalo o pracovní weby a kariérní web společnosti, pro generaci Y byly vhodné metody pracovní weby a Facebook a pro generaci Z kariérní web společnosti, LinkedIn a Facebook.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's thesis dealt with the topic of modern recruitment methods for employees in the service sector. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether there were any differences in the use of modern recruitment methods among generations X, Y and Z. The partial aim of the thesis was to determine which type of modern recruitment methods were suitable for which generation in the selected service sector. The research was conducted in both quantitative and qualitative forms. The quantitative research was carried out through a questionnaire survey, while the qualitative research was conducted through interviews with three different recruiters from the banking, healthcare, and technical services industries. Based on the results of the research, it was found that generations have an impact on the use of modern recruitment methods and that recruiters should be able to tailor their recruitment methods according to the generation they are targeting. At the same time, appropriate methods were identified for each generation. For Generation X, job websites and the company's career website were suitable methods, while for Generation Y, job websites and Facebook were suitable, and for Generation Z, the company's career website, LinkedIn, and Facebook were suitable methods.
