Tato práce je zaměřena na hlavní histokompatibilitní komplex (MHC) u velbloudů. Oblast MHC u velbloudů má standartní genomickou organizaci: MHC třídy II - MHC třídy III - MHC třídy I. Organizace jednotlivých genů je také podobná ostatním druhům. This thesis is focused on the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in Old World camels. The MHC region follows the general layout of MHC class II - MHC class III - MHC class I. The organization of individual MHC genes in camels is similar to other species.
