Stressful situations at work focused on the social services sector

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje stresovým situacím v sociálních službách a také tomu, jak je organizace a samotní pracovníci řeší. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část popisuje dle odborné literatury sociální služby, jejich členění a zaměstnance, kteří v nich působí. Dále se zabývá problematikou stresu a specificky se zaměřuje na pracovní stres, kde charakterizuje prevenci stresu a jeho důsledky. Ve výzkumné části je použito dotazníkové šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na pracovníky v sociálních službách, sociální pracovníky a manažery v sociálních službách.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to stressful situations in social services and also to how establishments and workers themselves can handle it. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part describes the social services, their structure and employees working in social services according to reference books. Further it follows up issues of stress and it is focused on working stress, where the stress prevention and its consequences are defined. In the research part the questionnaire survey is used. It was focused on workers in social services, social workers and managers in social services.
