Labour market integration of persons with disabilities in region Ústí nad Orlicí

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zodpovědět otázku: V čem omezuje a v čem podporuje integraci OZP na trh práce stávající způsob zajištění komplexnosti v jejich informovanosti a evidenci na Úřadu práce v okrese Ústí nad Orlicí? Při hodnocení komplexnosti přístupu vycházíme z toho, že problematika zaměstnávání a integrace osob se zdravotním postižením, je tak široká a různorodá, že bez spolupráce odborných pracovníků a bez provázání všech možností a nástrojů, nelze dosahovat optimálních výsledků, tedy integrace těchto osob na trh práce. Výzkum byl proveden formou rozhovorů s klienty se ZP a s pracovníky ÚP. Bylo zjištěno, že současný přístup k evidenci OZP spíše omezuje jejich integraci na trh práce. Hlavním důvodem je nedostatečná informovanost těchto klientů, ale i potencionálních zaměstnavatelů, o možnostech a nástrojích, které jsou pro tyto klienty určeny a mohly by pomoci nalézt vhodné zaměstnání.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to answer the question: What is the limit and support of client integration with disabilities into labour market through the existing way of ensuring complexity approach to solving their troubles in The Labour office in the region of Ústí nad Orlicí? During evaluation of complexity approach we proceed from the fact that employment issues and integration of persons with disabilites is so wide and diverse that without co-operation of experts and without linking of all possibilities and Instruments we can not reach optimal results, it means integration of these persons into the labour market. The research was conducted by interviewes with disabled people and with The Labour office staff. It has been found out that existing access into the register of persons with disabilities rather limits their integration into the labour market. The main reason is insufficient knowledge of these clients as well as of potential employers about possibilites and instruments which are intended for all of them and could help to find a suitable job.
