Bakalářská práce s názvem Právní úpravy divadelní činnosti se zaměřuje na vývoj a přehled legislativy v oblasti divadla na našem území. V práci je popsán rozvoj státní regulace nad divadly od 18. století, kdy se vlivem osvícenských myšlenek změnil přístup k divadlu, po první zákony týkající se divadelní činnosti, až po současnost. Bachelor thesis titled the Legal regulation of theatre is focused on the development and review of legislation in the theatre´s field in Czech area. The thesis describes the development of state regulation of the theater from the 18th century.
