Abstract:
V této diplomové práci bude řešena problematika firemní kultury a interní komunikace, které jsou základním stavebním prvkem fungující společnosti. Cílem této práce je popsat tyto procesy jak po stránce teoretické, tak po stránce praktické a to prostřednictvím výzkumu v konkrétní společnosti.
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis will be dealt with issues of corporate culture and internal communications, which are the basic building element of a functioning company. The aim of this thesis is to describe these processes both the theoretical and the practical means of research in a particular corporate company.
