Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice probiotických biosurfaktantů. Po úvodní klasifikaci mikrobiálních biotenzidů získávaných především z patogenních mikroorganismů následuje charakteristika probiotických typů, včetně zdrojů jejich získávání a způsobů detekce. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of probiotic biosurfactants. After an initial classification of microbial biosurfactants derived mainly from pathogenic microorganisms, a characterization of probiotic types follows, including their sources and methods of detection.
