Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá etikou a etickým chováním firmy. Cílem mé práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav etiky ve firmě BV elektronik s.r.o. Svou práci jsem rozdělila na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám základními pojmy, definicemi a přínosy etiky, jejími metodami a nástroji a také porušování norem etiky, je zde také samostatná kapitola o společenské odpovědnosti firem. V praktické části zhodnotím výsledky dotazníkového šetření a navrhnu podklad pro vytvoření etického kodexu přímo na firmu.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with ethics and ethical behavior of company. The target is to analyze and evaluate the current state of ethical principles in company BV elektronik s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I deal with the basic concepts, definitions and benefits of ethics, its methods and tools, as well as breaches of ethical standards, there is also a separate chapter on Corporate Social Responsibility. In the practical part I will evaluate the results of the questionnaire survey and I will propose the basis for creating a code of ethics directly on the company.
