The experience of social workers with supervision in the context of setting a supervisory contract

Abstract:

Supervize je aktuální všude tam, kde mají lidé cíl zvyšování kvality práce prostřednictvím reflexe současného stavu a hledání nových způsobů řešení problémů. Supervize v sociální práci není pouhým prostředkem, který za podmínky jeho dobrého využití působí pozitivně ve smyslu provádění dobré praxe, kvalitní pomoci klientům. Je také vhodným zdrojem učení a vzdělávání. Jako nástroj reflexivity představuje prostředek duševní hygieny, čímž působí jako prevence syndromu vyhoření. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak jsou zkušenosti sociálních pracovníků vybraného orgánu sociálně – právní ochrany dětí zohledněny v kontextu nastavování supervizního kontraktu jako trojstranné dohody, jak v přípravě na přijetí supervize, tak formulace a reformulace jeho formální a obsahové složky.

Abstract:

The supervision is current wherever people have the aim of increasing the quality of work through the reflection of the current state and finding new ways of solving problems. The supervision in social work is not just a means, which, when properly used, has a positive effect in terms of implementation of good practice, quality assistance to clients. It is also a good source of learning and education. As a tool of reflexivity represents the means of mental hygiene, which helps prevent burnout. The goal of this thesis is to determine how the experience of social workers of the social and legal protection of children is considered in the context of setting up a supervision contract as the tripartite agreement, both in preparation for the adoption of supervision and the formulation and reformulation of its formal and content components.
