Diplomová práce se zabývá morálkou a etikou v řízení lidských zdrojů a společenskou odpovědností. V první části práce je popsána teorie týkající se této problematiky. V druhé je provedena analýza zavedeného systému morálky a etiky ve společnosti 100% Rework s.r.o. Na základě empirického šetření je provedena komparace s teoretickými informacemi z první části práce.
