Predmetom diplomovej práce je analýza zákazníckej spokojnosti vo vzťahu k finančnej výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Teoretická časť vymedzuje poznatky z oblasti spokojnosti zákazníka, vybrané metódy finančnej analýzy a súčasne determinuje vzťah medzi týmito konceptmi.
