Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je formou kvantitativních a kvalitativních výzkumných metod analyzovat strategie a důvody pro pořizování fotovoltaických elektráren na rodinných domech v Jihočeském kraji, stanovit míru jejich návratnosti, analyzovat jejich aktuální trendy a určit predikce dalšího vývoje investic do fotovoltaických elektráren. V teoretické části jsou probrány obnovitelné zdroje energie a fotovoltaické elektrárny. Na základě literární rešerše jsou v praktické části využity 3 metody, a to metoda EROI, metoda LCOE a ekonomická návratnost investice. Následně je zkonstruováno kvantitativní a kvalitativní dotazníkové šetření. Práce svým přínosem slouží pro rozhodování potenciálních investorů do oblasti fotovoltaických instalací, na základě zjištěných a interpretovaných výsledků z kvantitativního šetření a odpovědí z kvalitativního šetření. Limitujícím aspektem, se kterým se práce potýká, je relativně nižší statistická relevance, vyplývající z omezeného počtu posuzovaných případů, což je dáno jak kvantitativně-kvalitativním charakterem výzkumu, tak také omezeným rozsahem samotné bakalářské práce. Výzkum poskytuje řadu odpovědí a materiálu a může být základem dalších odborných prací.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the strategies and reasons for the acquisition of photovoltaic power plants on family houses in the South Bohemia region, to determine the rate of return, to analyze their current trends and to determine predictions for the further development of investments in photovoltaic power plants. In the theoretical part, renewable energy sources and photovoltaic power plants are discussed. Based on a literature search, 3 methods are used in the practical part, namely the EROI method, the LCOE method and the economic return on investment. Subsequently, a quantitative and qualitative questionnaire survey is constructed. The work has its contribution to the decision making of potential investors in the field of photovoltaic installations, based on the results found and interpreted from the quantitative survey and the responses from the qualitative survey. A limiting aspect that the thesis faces is the relatively lower statistical relevance resulting from the limited number of cases considered, which is due to both the quantitative-qualitative nature of the research and the limited scope of the thesis itself. The research provides a range of answers and material and can form the basis of further academic work.
