Juvenile Criminality

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou kriminality mládeže. Cílem práce bylo zjistit vývoj kriminality mládeže v okrese Semily v letech 2001 ? 2010. Struktura práce se dělila na dvě stěžejní oblasti. A to na část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů objasňovala základní úzce související pojmy s kriminalitou mládeže, dále možné příčiny vzniku kriminality mládeže, tedy vnitřní a vnější činitelé vzniku delikventního chování. Dále popisovala období dospívání a s tím souvisejících zvláštností kriminality mladistvých a vybraných druhů trestů ukládaných mládeži. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí statistické dokumentace a analýz, jakým směrem se vyvinula kriminalita páchaná mládeží v okrese Semily v letech 2001 - 2010. Respondenty byla mládež v okrese Semily, která v uvedených letech spáchala nějaký druh trestné činnosti. Výsledky ukázaly, že celková kriminalita mládeže měla v uvedených letech klesající tendenci. Rovněž měla klesající tendenci násilná trestná činnost páchaná mládeží a trestný čin krádež vykazoval poměrně vyrovnanou bilanci.

Abstract:

Thesis was concerned with the issue of the juvenil deliquency. The intention of thesis has been devided to two main areas. There was the theoretical part explaining by means of processing and presentation of scientific resources fundamental concepts related the juvenil deliquency, then possible source of the rise of the juvenil deliquency accordingly internal and external factors of uprise of the deliquent behavior. Consequently, thesis was describing the period of adolescence and related specialities of the juvenil deliquency and selected types of punishment intended to juvenils. Practical part was investigating the direction of the development of the juvenil deliquency in the Semily region in years 2001-2010 by means of the statistical documentation and analyses. Respondents were juvenils from Semily region who had been committed certain type of crime. Results revealed the decreasing tendency of juvenil crime in years mentioned above. There had been also decreasing tendency of violent crime committed by juvenils and the crime of thievery relatively reported an equal balance.
