Social and economic aspects of family business and their contribution to the region

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá sociálními a ekonomickými aspekty ruského rodinného podniku „Južný“ pro region dle modelu FIBER. Během psaní práce jsem si zjistila, že ze sociálního hlediska je rodinný podnik pro život společnosti spočívá v lidské schopnosti pracovat, racionální využívání volného času, vytváření pracovních míst a zaměstnaností obyvatelů, dopadem na kulturu místních obyvatelů, poskytování příjmu pro zaměstnance v podnicích. Z ekonomického hlediska je rodinný podnik druhem spotřeby zboží a služeb, který vyniká jako samostatné odvětví ekonomiky a poskytuje turistovi vše, co potřebuje: vozidla, jídlo, ubytování, zdravotní postupy, kulturní a domácí služby, zábava. Tato skutečnost potvrzuje, že rodinný podnik jako nová forma organizace sociálně nezbytné práce splňuje sociální a ekonomické zájmy pro ekonomiku regionu.

Abstract:

This work deals with the social and economic aspects of the Russian family business "Yuzhny" for the region according to the FIBER model. While writing the work, I found out that from a social point of view, the family business for the life of society lies in human ability to work, rational use of leisure time, job creation and employment of residents, impact on local culture, providing income for employees in companies. From an economic point of view, a family business is a special type of consumption of goods and services that excels as a separate sector of the economy and provides the tourist with everything he needs: vehicles, food, accommodation, medical procedures, cultural and domestic services, entertainment. This fact confirms that the family business, as a new form of organization of socially necessary work, meets social and economic interests for the region's economy.
