Diplomová práce se věnuje vzájemným vztahům a odlišnostem účetního výsledku hospodaření a základu daně z příjmů právnických osob. V práci jsou popisovány a prakticky dokumentovány úpravy, které je nutné provést při transformaci účetního výsledku hospodaření na základ daně. The graduation theses solves the interrealationsship and the differences between the income trading and the tax base. There are described and practically documented the adjustments that are necessary within the transformation.
