Risk analysis and its impact at Integrated Rescue System units

Abstract:

Předkládaná Diplomová práce se zabývá riziky, která jsou spojená s prací u složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí- teoretické a výzkumné. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, které prolínají celou prací. Integrovaným záchranným systémem, riziky infekčních chorob, dopravních nehod, napadení, úrazu ohněm a jejich dopady, které souvisí s psychikou člověka. Ve výzkumné části autor práce odpoví na danou otázku: „ Jaká jsou ochranná opatření v kontaktu s krví?“ Dále ve výzkumné části autor práce analyzuje dokumenty základních složek IZS, týkající se usmrcení, zranění, statistiky výjezdů ZZS, vyčerpání, použití zbraně, činnost psychologa, aj. Autor práce ke každé složce IZS vypracoval SWOT analýzu. Podle které v závěru výzkumné práce bude schopen odpovědět na otázku: „ Z jakého důvodu je u složek IZS dlouhodobý podstav?“ Autor DP posoudí problematiku nedostatku absolventů a zaměstnanců a formuluje zjištěné výsledky.

Abstract:

The submitted Diploma Thesis deals with the risks that are associated with the work of the parts of the Integrated Rescue System. The work is divided into two basic parts - theoretical and research. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that permeate the entire work. Integrated rescue system, the risks of infectious diseases, traffic accidents, assaults, fire injuries and their effects related to the mental health. In the research part, the author answers the following questions: "What are the protective measures in contact with blood?" Emergency medical service, exhaustion, use of weapons, psychologist's activities, etc. The author of the thesis prepared a SWOT analysis for each IRS part. According to which at the end of the work he will be able to answer the question: " For what reason is IZS understaffed? The author of the thesis assesses the issue of the lack of graduates and employees and formulates the results.
