Specifics of the selected company operated on B2B and B2C markets

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zahrnuje základní informace o B2B a B2C trzích a jejich využití soukromou firmou Velerans & Co. s.r.o., jež se zabývá nákupem elektroniky a jejím následujícím prodejem jak velkoobchodně, tak i maloobchodně. Cílem této práce je analýza firmy a určení dalších cest jejího rozvoje, jelikož firma působí v odvětví, které vyžaduje tzv. myšlení mimo krabici a schopnost k prosazení na trhu nových a zajímavých produktů. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle bude provedena analýza firmy s použitím SWOT analýzy, dále bude prozkoumáno, do jaké míry je tato firma úspěšná, zdali zaměstnanci dobře vykonávají svou práci, jaké náklady nese firma atd., pomocí analýzy PEST bude proveden průzkum trhu a konkurence v daném odvětví, určen úroveň poptávky na B2B a B2C trzích a předložena optimální strategie obchodu. Hlavní důraz je kladen především na působení firmy na B2C a B2B trzích a na návrh úspěšné vlastní obchodní a marketingové strategie.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis includes basic information about B2B and B2C markets and their use by the private company Velerans & Co. s.r.o., which deals with the purchase and sale of electronics with subsequent sales both wholesale and retail. This work aims to analyze the company and design further passengers of development because the company is processed in industries where the so-called thinking outside the box and the ability to charge a new and interesting product are crucial points. To achieve this goal, the company will be analyzed using SWOT analysis, I will further examine how successful the company is, whether employees do their job well, what costs the company bears, etc. Also, I will break down PEST analysis to examine the market and competition in the industry, determine the level of demand for B2B and B2C markets and offer optimal business. The main emphasis is placed on the company's operations in the B2B and B2C markets, with the offer of its own business and marketing strategy.
