Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice aktivního stárnutí, se zřetelem k ekonomickému aspektu tohoto fenoménu. V rámci teoretických východisek je přiblíženo období stáří, nejvýznamnější změny ve stáří, pozornost je věnována kvalitě života ve stáří. Důraz je kladen na charakteristiku aktivního stárnutí a uplatnění seniorů na trhu práce. V závěru teoretického pojednání je popsána role pracujícího důchodce, možnosti začlenění seniorů na trh práce a nastíněna jsou také některá specifika této role. Součástí bakalářské práce je také popis realizovaného výzkumného šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, co přináší role zaměstnance seniorům ve starobním důchodu, jejich kolegům, nadřízeným a firemní kultuře. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit, jaká je motivace seniorů pobírajících starobní důchod k účasti na trhu práce a jak jejich působení na trhu práce naplňuje premisu aktivního a kvalitního stáří a stárnutí. Výzkum byl koncipován jako kvalitativní. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo osm informantů, z nichž čtyři zaujímali roli pracujícího důchodce. S informanty byly vedeny polostrukturované rozhovory, které byly analyzovány pomocí zakotvené teorie. V diskusi jsou výsledky vztaženy k cílům výzkumu a výzkumným otázkám, hlavní zjištěné výsledky jsou uvedeny v závěru bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of active aging, with regard to the economic aspect of this phenomenon. In the framework of the theoretical background is described the period of old age, the most significant changes in old age, attention is paid to the quality of life in old age. emphasis is placed on the characteristics of active aging and the employment of seniors in the labor market. At the end of the theoretical discourse, the role of the working pensioner, the possibility of integration of seniors into the labor market, and some specifics of this role are discussed. Part of the bachelor thesis is also a description of the research carried out, which aim was to find out what added value brings the role of the employee to old age retirees, their colleagues, their superiors and corporate culture. The partial objectives were to find out what motivation of seniors receiving the old-age pension to participate in the labor market and how their work in the labor market fulfills the premise of active and quality aging. The research was conceived as qualitative. The research sample consisted of eight informants, four of whom were the working pensioners. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the informants, which were analyzed using the grounded theory. In the discussion, the results are related to the research aims and research questions, the main findings are presented in the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
