Práce analyzuje možnosti, nástroje a opatření, která přispívají k lepší slučitelnosti rodinných a profesních rolí, a které mohou zaměstnavatelé nabídnout svým zaměstnancům. Přístup zaměstnavatelů byl prověřován formou dotazníkového šetření s cílem konfrontovat potencionální a reálné možnosti, kterých zaměstnavatelé využívají pro podporu svých zaměstnanců s pečovatelskými povinnostmi. The thesis analyses possibilities, tools and measures contributing to better compatibility of both family and occupational roles which the employers can offer to their employees.
