Proposal for CRM implementation in a selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku implementace CRM do podniku. Vysvětluje podstatu CRM a přínosy zavedení do firmy. Obsahuje představení procesů péče o zákazníka ve vybraném podniku. V práci je provedena příprava na implementaci CRM softwaru do firmy pomocí vybraných analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Procesy jsou představeny za pomoci metod procesního modelování. U těchto procesů jsou identifikována slabá místa v oblasti péče o zákazníka. Dále je vybrán vhodný software pro podnik pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of CRM implementation in the company. It explains the essence of CRM and the benefits of implementing CRM in the company. It contains anintroduction to customer care processes in a selected company. This work contains preparation for implementation of CRM software in the selected company by using selected analyses of the internal and external environment. Business processes are introduced using process modelling methods. Weaknesses in the field of customer care are identified in these processes. Suitable software for the company is selected by using multi-criteria decision- making methods.
