Právní úprava prorogace ve vztazích s mezinárodním prvkem

Regulation of Choice of Court Agreements in Cross-boder Relations
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza právní úpravy prorogace v Nařízení Brusel Ibis s důrazem na změny, které tento předpis přináší oproti předchozí úpravě v Nařízení Brusel I. Za účelem této analýzy byly stanoveny tři okruhy změn, kterým se práce věnuje, jedná se o: 1) platnost prorogační dohody, 2) úprava litispendence v případě existující prorogační dohody a 3) prorogace ve vztahu k třetím státům.
Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the modifications contained in the Brussels I bis Regulation compared to the previous regulation, the Brussles I Regulation.
