Studies of possibility of foundation and using gastronomical videoportal on YouTube

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zakládáním a možnostmi využívání videoportálu YouTube společnostmi, které poskytují informace ohledně nutričních hodnot potravin, zásadami zdravého stravování a zdravého životního stylu jako celku. Dále práce řeší možnosti propojení videokanálu se sociálními sítěmi, především s Facebookem, a hledá, zda-li po propojení těchto dvou platforem vzniká synergický efekt, jenž přispívá ke zvýšení efektivity komunikace mezi zmiňovanými společnostmi a uživateli internetu, kteří mají o poskytované informace zájem. Pro naplnění cíle je využito kvalitativní analýzy vybraných internetových zdrojů týkajících se právě nutričních hodnot a zdravého životního stylu. Práce je rozdělena na tři části - teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Cílem teoretické části je seznámit čtenáře se základními pojmy, které se týkají internetu, internetového marketingu, sociálních sítí, videoportálu YouTube a také zdravého stravování, nutričních hodnot, energetické bilance a podobně. Druhá, analytická část využívá získané teoretické poznatky, analyzuje postup zakládání a užívání videokanálu na YouTube, stejně jako postup při jeho propojování se sociálními sítěmi. Dále analyzuje veškerou internetovou komunikaci vybraných jedenácti zdrojů informací ohledně nutričních hodnot a zdravého stravování. Na konci části jsou výsledky analýzy diskutovány. Zjištěné nedostatky z analytické části slouží jako podklad pro třetí, návrhovou část, ve které jsou uvedena doporučení, jenž korespondují s cílem práce, tj. doporučit vylepšení internetové komunikace společností, především možnost využití synergického efektu, který vzniká propojením videoportálu se sociálními sítěmi.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with establishment and possibilities of application of the videoportal YouTube by companies providing information related to nutritional values of foodstuffs, to principles of healthy nourishment and healthy lifestyle as a whole. The thesis also investigates opportunities provided by interconnection of videochannel with social networks, in particular with the Facebook, and investigates if a synergical effect that occurs after the two platforms have been interconnected contributes to increase of communication efficiency between the mentioned companies and internet users interested in information to be provided. For the purpose of the achievement of this aim the qualitative analyses of selected internet sources related to the nutritional values and healthy lifestyle have been used. The work is divided into three parts: the theoretical part, analytical part and a part offering solutions. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to inform the readers about the elementary terms related to internet, internet marketing, social networks, videoportal YouTube and also healthy nutrition, nutritional values, energetic balance etc. The second part is devoted to exploitation of the achieved theoretical findings, to analyses of the process of establishment and to application of YouTube videochannel as well as the process of interconnection thereof with the social networks. The analyses involve all internet communications of selected eleven sources of information related to nutritional values and healthy nutrition. At the end of this part the results of the analyses are discussed. The deficiencies discovered in the analytical part thereof make the basis for the third part of the thesis containing recommendations focused on the objective of the thesis, i.e. improvement of internet communication of companies, related in the first place to all possibilities of application of synergetical effect generated by interconnection of videoportal and social networks.
