Actual issues of public administration reform in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ve svém úvodu charakterizuje veřejnou správu jako takovou a zabývá se popisem její organizace v České republice. Následující část sleduje vývoj veřejné správy v naší republice od poloviny minulého století. Dále navazuje rozbor jednotlivých reformních krok učiněných v rámci správní reformy. Poslední kapitola je věnována aktuálním problémům, které se při realizaci správní reformy vyskytly a které by bylo žádoucí odstranit.

Abstract:

In the beginning of this dissertation I would like to characterize the public administration as a whole and describe its organization in the Czech Republic. The following part deals with the history of the public administration in our country since the second half of the previous century. Last but not least the analysis of each single step made within the bounds of the reform of public administration will be described. In the last chapter some facts about actual problems with realization of the public administration's reform will be mentioned.
