Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou investičního rozhodování vybrané společnosti. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. V první části je provedena důkladná literární rešerše zaměřující se především na investiční rozhodování v podnikové praxi a na způsoby a metody hodnocení investic samotné. Navazující praktická část pokračuje představením vybrané společnosti, analýzou jejího investičního záměru a zhodnocením pomocí klasických metod, následně doplněných o analýzu reálných opcí. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky všech metod hodnocení investic a jsou vyslovena doporučení pro vybranou společnost.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the issue of investment decision-making of selected company. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part, a thorough literature search is conducted, focusing mainly on investment decision-making in corporate practise and on the methods of investment evaluation itself. The practical part continues with the introduction of the selected company, analysis of its investment plan and evaluation using classical methods, followed by real options analysis. The thesis concludes with a summary of the results of all investment evaluation methods and recommendations for the selected company.
