Children's upbringing in joint custody from the perspective of mothers

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Výchova dětí ve střídavé péči pohledem matek se zabývá rodinnou výchovou dětí ve střídavé péči oběma rodiči. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat, jak výchova probíhá ve střídavé péči a zda ve výchově dochází k rozdílnostem. Dalším cílem je konkrétně popsat jednotlivá pravidla výchovy, mezi které je zařazena citová blízkost, výchova vzorem, důslednost a výchova za pomoci odměn a trestů. Práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru. Teoretická část práce se věnuje popisu a podobám soužití současné rodiny. Součástí je i kapitola týkající se rozvodu a porozvodové péče o děti, kde velká část je věnována střídavé péči. V teoretické části práce nechybí ani popis výchovy a jejích jednotlivých oblastí. Empirická část se skládá z metodologické části a interpretace dat. Metodologická část popisuje kvalitativní přístup užitý při realizaci výzkumu zaměřeného na zodpovězení vytyčených výzkumných otázek. Interpretace dat předkládá výsledky získané z analýzy hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

Dissertation „Children's upbringing in joint custody from the perspective of mothersis focused on upbringing in family with joint custody. The aim of the thesis is to describe the joint custody of the child and find out whether there are some differences or not. The particular aim is to specifically describe various fields of education, such as emotional education, consistency in education, role-model education and application of reward and punishment. The dissertation has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description and forms of contemporary family, including a chapter focused on divorce and post-divorce child care, with a main part devoted to joint custody. In the theoretical part there is also a description of education and its individuals areas. The empirical parts consist of the methodology section and interpretation of data. The methodological part describes the qualitative approach used in realisation of research focused on answering the set out questions. The interpretation of data presents the results which were analysed from in-depth interviews.
