Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem bankovní regulace v České republice mezi lety 2007 a 2021. V této souvislosti zjišťuje, jakým způsobem reagovala regulace bank na finanční krizi z let 2007-2009, která měla svůj původ právě v bankovním sektoru. The bachelor thesis deals with the development of banking regulation in the Czech Republic between 2007 and 2021. In this context, it investigates how bank regulation reacted to the financial crisis of 2007-2009, which originated in the banking sector.
