Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou úverového procesu u hypotekárneho úveru pre mladých vo vybraných bankách SR. Je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa venuje teoretickým východiskám danej problematiky, špecifikuje základné pojmy, ktorými sú banka, úver, rozdelenie úverov z rôznych hľadísk, vymedzenie a rozdelenie hypotekárneho úveru, úverového procesu a jeho jednotlivých etáp.
