Práce pojednává o mandatorních výdajích v České republice, v rámci kterých se zaměřuje na dávky státní sociální podpory. Nejprve se obecně zabývá historií veřejných výdajů a dále se již zaměřuje na mandatorní výdaje u nás, jejich podstatu a význam v Českém státním rozpočtu. The paper concerns with mandatory expenditure under conditions of the Czech republic and especially with welfare payments.
