Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku náhrady újmy způsobené pracovním úrazem, ale i nemocí z povolání. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit, jaké dopady může mít a má pracovní úraz či nemoc z povolání, jaké nároky zaměstnanec dle platné zákonné úpravy má a jak je důležité dodržovat bezpečnostní předpisy a předcházet tak možným vznikům pracovních úrazů. This diploma thesis addresses the issue of compensation for damage caused by an accident at work, but also an occupational disease.
