Tématem diplomové práce je Weaning v intenzivní péči. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit faktory ovlivňující způsob odpojení a příčiny selhání odpojovacích režimů. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou okruhů. Ve zkratce je zde popsána problematika umělé plicní ventilace, součástí je i zajištění dýchacích cest. The theme of the thesis is ,,Weaning in intensive care”. The aim of the research was to identify factors influencing the mode of disconnection and the causes of the failure of the defeat modes.
