Increasing employment in the town with help of subsidies from the European Social Fund

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem "Zvyšování zaměstnanosti v obci za pomoci dotací z Evropského sociálního fondu" je vyhodnocení možností zvýšení zaměstnanosti ve městě Chomutov s využitím dotačních programů v programovém období 2014 - 2020 a návrh žádosti o dotaci z OP Zaměstnanost. Na základě průzkumu možností využití dotačních fondů a nezaměstnaných osob ve městě Chomutov je vytvořen fiktivní projekt, který je zaměřen na podporu skupiny nezaměstnaných osob ve věku 50 let a více. Účastníci projektu se zúčastní motivačního kurzu, kurzu psaní životopisu a úspěchu u pohovoru a budou mít na výběr z různých rekvalifikačních kurzů. Také budou pořádány StartUp přednášky, které ukážou účastníkům, možnosti malého podnikání v Chomutově. Kompletní projekt s názvem "50+ No a?" je sepsán do žádosti o podporu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis with the name "Increase in the employment in the town with the help of subsidies from the European Social Fund" is an evaluation of possibilities for an increase in the employment in the town of Chomutov with utilising the subsidy programs in the programming period 2014 - 2020 and a suggestion for an application for a subsidy from the Operating program Employment. Based on the research of possibilities for utilising subsidy funds and unemployed people in the town of Chomutov a fictive project has been created, that is focused on the support for groups of unemployed people, who are fifty and more years old. The participants of the project will participate in the motivational course, course of writing CV and "how to succeed at the job interview and they will have a choice from different retraining courses. There will be organized a StartUp talk, that shows the possibilities of small business in Chomutov to all participansts. A complete project with the name "50+ So what?" is written in the subsidy application.
