Employment of people with disabilities according to employers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením (OZP) z pohledu zaměstnavatelů v Ústeckém kraji. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit a odhalit, zda jsou zaměstnavatelé motivováni k zaměstnávání OZP. Dále jaké jsou faktory přispívající k motivaci zaměstnávat OZP, jak se liší potřeby OZP od potřeb zaměstnavatelů, jakým způsobem a zda přizpůsobují zaměstnavatelé podmínky OZP. Pro sběr dat k danému problému byla použita analýza dokumentů a kvalitativní výzkum, přesněji polostrukturovaný rozhovor, kterým byla zjišťována motivace zaměstnavatelů, faktory ovlivňující jejich motivaci zaměstnávat OZP, potřeby zaměstnavatelů, přizpůsobování podmínek zaměstnavatelů OZP. Dále byly zjišťovány potřeby OZP též formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a do konečného dokreslení problematiky byla práce doplněna o rozhovory s pracovními konzultantkami. Pro analýzu dat byla použita tematická analýza, kterou byly analyzovány polostrukturované rozhovory a následná interpretace dat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the employment of people with disabilities from the point of view of the employers in Ústecký region. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find and detect whether employers are motivated to employ people with disabilities. Other things that will be discussed are the factors that contribute to the motivation to employ people with disabilities, the difference between the needs of people with disabilities and the employers and whether and in what way do employers adapt to the conditions of disabled people. The document analysis and qualitative research was used for data collection on a given problem, more precisely, semi-structured interview, in which has been discovered the motivation of employers, factors that influence their motivation to employ people with disabilities, employers' needs, adapting conditions of employers of people with disabilities. Then, the needs of people with disabilities were also detected in the form of a semi-structured interview and the thesis was supplemented by interviews with labor consultants to the final clarification of the issue. A thematic analysis was used for data analysis in which semi-structured interviews and subsequent interpretation of data were analyzed.
