Financial planning as an effective element of financial management

Abstract:

This Master’s thesis deals with financial planning as an effective element of corporate financial management. The aim of the thesis is to create a financial plan that will positively influence the business management in the following periods. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses all the elements of financial analysis from its origin, collecting data for various tools to perform financial analysis. It also deals with financial planning, its methodology, formalization and principles. The analytical part consists of financial analysis of the obtained financial statements. It describes the development and compares the individual years and sets the basis for the design part - creating a financial plan. The financial plan takes into account macroeconomic forecasts to lead to an increase in indicators when assessing the plan option. Financial Plan understands current management's proposal to increase the value of a business with stable growth.

Abstract:

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá finančným plánovaním ako efektívnym prvkom finančného riadenia podniku. Cieľom práce je zostavenie finančného plánu, ktorý pozitívne ovplyvní hospodárenie podniku v nasledujúcich obdobiach. Teoretická časť práce rozoberá všetky náležitosti finančnej analýzy od jej vzniku, zberu dát po rôzne nástroje na vykonanie finančnej analýzy. Tiež sa zaoberá finančným plánovaním, jeho metodikou, formálnou úpravou a zásadami. Analytická časť pozostáva z finančnej analýzy získaných finančných výkazov. Opisuje vývoj a porovnáva jednotlivé roky a udáva základ pre návrhovú časť – tvorbu finančného plánu. Vo finančnom pláne sú zohľadnene makroekonomické prognózy, tak aby viedli k rastu ukazovateľov pri hodnotení danej varianty plánu. Finančným plánom sa chápe návrh pre súčasný management ako zvýšiť hodnotu podniku za stabilného rastu.
