Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím vybraných psychomotorických aktivit v hodinách tělesné výchovy u žáků mladšího školního věku s lehkým mentálním postižením, kteří jsou integrováni do vzdělávacího procesu běžné základní školy. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout metodický materiál, který bude obsahovat soubor psychomotorických aktivit a her pro výuku těchto žáků. Teoretická část předkládané práce vymezuje mladší školní věk, lehké mentální postižení, psychomotoriku a objasňuje význam pohybové aktivity včetně jejího začlenění do školní výuky a kurikulárních dokumentů. Dále je uvedena rešerše dostupné literatury. Praktická část práce obsahuje návrh 30 psychomotorických aktivit, které představují materiál pro výuku psychomotorických aktivit u žáků mladšího školního věku s lehký mentálním postižením v hodinách tělesné výchovy. Součástí je také realizace konceptu psychomotorických cvičení a její zhodnocení. Metodický návrh je dále doplněn výzkumným šetřením v podobě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, v němž se autorka zabývá informovaností pedagogů na prvním stupni základní škol o problematice psychomotoriky ve vztahu k lehkému mentálnímu postižení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis delas with the use of selected psychomotor activities in physical education classes with a focus on children of younger school age with mild mental disabilities who are integrated into educational process of a regular primary school. The main goal of this thesis is to design a methodological materil that will contain a set of psychomotor activities and games for teaching these pupils. The theoretical part of the presented thesis defines the younger school age, mild mental disability, psychomotricity and clarifies the importance of physical aktivity including its inclusion in school teaching and curricular document. The following is a search of available literature. The practical part of the thesis contains a design of 30 psychomotor activities which represent material for teaching psychomotor activities for younger school age pupils with mild mental disabilities in physical education classes. It also includes the implementation of the concept of psychomotor exercices and its evaluation. The methodological design is further supplemented a research investigation in the form of a semi structured interview in which the author deals with the awareness of primary school teachers about the issue of psychomotorics in relation to mild mental disability.
