Evaluation of the Enterprise Competitiveness Based on Financial Analysis

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku s použitím finanční analýzy je posoudit míru konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku s použitím vhodných nástrojů, zejména finanční analýzy. Teoretická část práce se sestává z vymezení klíčových pojmů souvisejících s tématem diplomové práce, porovnání tuzemských i zahraničních literárních zdrojů a představení specifik nástrojů potřebných k samotné analýze. V praktické části práce je kladen největší důraz na využití relevantních, již dříve představených postupů, metod a nástrojů; výsledky dílčích rozborů jsou interpretovány i v širším kontextu. Na základě výsledků z této části jsou formulována doporučení a návrhy pro další vývoj podniku, a to zvláště v oblasti posilující konkurenceschopnost.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis Evaluation of a company using financial analysis is to assess the level of competitiveness of a selected company with appropriate competitiveness, especially financial analysis. The theoretical part of the work consists of the definition of key concepts related to the topic of the diploma thesis, comparison of domestic and foreign literary sources and presentation of specified tools needed for the analysis itself. In the practical part of the work, the greatest emphasis is placed on the relevant use of previously introduced procedures, methods and tools; the results of partial analyses are also interpreted in a wider context. Based on the results from this part, recommendations and suggestions are formulated for the further development of the company, especially in the area of strengthening competitiveness.
