Marketing for premium Services at Prague Airport.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na marketing pro nadstandardní službu na Letišti Praha, Rest&Fun Center. Prostřednictvím této práce bude prokázáno, zda nově otevřená služba centra měla úspěch také díky implementaci marketingové strategii, která byla pro zavedení nové služby vytvořena. Pozornost bude věnována teoretickým zásadám stavby marketingové strategie a následnému porovnání, zda postupy marketingového týmu na letišti, kteří tvořili strategii pro novou službu byly dodrženy, tak, aby byly naplněný podnikové a marketingové cíle. Součástí práce budou náhledy nástrojů komunikačního mixu letiště, jejich zhodnocení z pohledu ucelené koncepce a získání odezvy formou nových zákazníků, kteří službu využijí. Výstupem šetření bude potvrzení, že strategie Rest&Fun Center měla velkou váhu i přes nízký marketingový budget dokázala díky své taktice přilákat nové zákazníky a doručit žádoucí obchodní výsledky. Abstract:

This dissertation concentrates on the marketing of a premium service at Prague Airport the Rest & Fun Center. This work will show whether the new service was successful, and how much of its success was a result of the implementation of a marketing strategy developed especially for it. I will concentrate on the theoretical principles of marketing strategy creation, followed by a comparison of the marketing team procedures, to see whether they followed the principles in order to fulfill the marketing goals. As a part of my work, I am including the airport communication procedures, their evaluation and the response from new clients. The result of this work will confirm that the strategy for putting the Rest & Fun Center into operation, despite the low marketing budget, was successful in attracting new clients and achieving the desired business results.
